Senior Pastor, Matt White

Pastor White was reached by Mountain View Baptist Church in Holyoke, Massachusetts at the age of fourteen. It was at Mountain View that he was saved and called to preach in the summer of 2009 at camp. He attended Golden State Baptist College and graduated in the Spring of 2015 with an Assistant Pastoral Degree. His wife, Rebekah, was raised in a Christian/Pastor’s home in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. She was saved in the summer of 2007 and surrendered her life to the Lord. Rebekah also attended Golden State Baptist College and graduated in the Spring of 2014 with a Music Education degree. They were married in May of 2015 and immediately went to work at Boeke Road Baptist Church, now FaithWay Baptist Church, in Evansville, Indiana. While serving in Evansville their first three children, Mattie (2016), Callie (2017), and Josiah (2019) were born. The Lord brought the White family to the Village Baptist Church in November of 2019. Since their move they have been blessed with their youngest, Kerrie (2021). Pastor White has an excitement for the ministry and a burden to reach the Western New York area for Christ.

Assistant Pastor, Jeremiah Miller

Jeremiah Miller grew up attending Freedom Baptist Church in Auburn, NY.  At age six he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and was baptized.  After a missions trip to Romania as a teen, he surrendered his life to the LORD.  He completed a BA in Biblical Studies from Gulf Coast Bible Institute in 2017 and has served in various roles at FBC, including Master Club director, VBS director, and head of the audio ministry.   Johannah Miller grew up in a pastor/missionary home.  She was saved in 1998 and surrendered her life to the LORD in 2003. Jeremiah and Johannah met at a youth rally in 2009 and were married in 2011.  God has blessed them with three boys, Elisha (2015), Jonathan (2017), and Samuel (2019).  The Millers came to Mount Morris in May of 2022 and are excited about joining the work at Village Baptist Church.

Our family is so excited to be a part of Village Baptist Church. We look forward to working along side the people here who have served faithfully for years to reach this community. I would like to personally extend an invitation for you to join us Sunday morning, Sunday evening, or Wednesday evening for services. Please feel free to contact the church at any time with questions or if we can do anything to help. I hope to meet you soon.
